When an order comes into our dispatch, we get on the phone with you and go through a comprehensive checklist that includes every phone number and email address for every person in the chain of logistics. No matter what the status is of your load, we will be able to get a hold of the correct person.

We ensure appropriate amounts and levels of communication with all stakeholders during the entire engagement period so there are no mistakes.

By keeping you, the customer, informed of our driver's position and near exact arrival date and time, receivers know exactly what is expected of them and what they can expect from us.  We put the pressure on them to help us insure their freight gets to its destination.

We are also in communication with the receiver.  We want you to arrive at the loading dock with a forklift standing by to offload you’re trailer; that is what we call a successful receiving exchange.  When this happens all stakeholders experience peace of mind knowing that each party in the process did what they said they were going to do at the time they said they were going to do it.
